Any silver film you do not use can be stored flat for a later project as long as it stays out of direct sun.

Install and care

Install it dry on a clean, degreased panel. Because the adhesive has air-release channels, trapped air escapes under the squeegee and you can lift and reposition the film while you work. Give the adhesive 48 hours to cure before the first wash, then stick to pH-neutral soap. On matte finishes skip wax and polish entirely, and when you want the film off, warm it gently and peel it back slowly so no adhesive is left behind.
