Refund policy

LYPUMSO have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping addres, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   You may be asked to provide tracking information for the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Fees

If you have received products that are confirmed to be damaged, incomplete or mistaken (i.e. we sent the wrong product), we will offer you the option to replace or return these products for a full refund.

Any returns that do not fall into the above categories (damaged, incomplete or mistaken) may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery as long as the product is complete and unused. Return shipping costs for products that do not meet the above conditions are paid by the customer.

LYPUMSO will issue a refund immediately upon confirmation of receipt of the return order and confirmation that the product is in compliance with the requirements.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The order will be refunded minus any applicable fees (if necessary) upon our reception of the product. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order placed with LYPUMSO you must contact customer support at lypumso@gmail.com.

As long as the order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your order cancellation request. When contacting customer support to cancel your order, please be prepared to provide your name, order number, and contact information.

Please note that if the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (see Return Policy).
