The classic: gloss black with the marbled forged pattern sitting just under the surface. Under direct light the flake lifts out of the black, and in shade the panel reads as deep paint black.

Material and installation

The film is cast, not calendered, so it conforms to compound curves around mirror caps and bumpers without whitening at the stretch points. A gloss top coat protects the forged pattern from UV fading, and the air-release adhesive keeps the finish free of trapped air. This is our best-selling forged colour because it works on any car colour and never looks out of place next to factory gloss trim.

Caring for your film

Wash with a normal pH-neutral car soap once the adhesive has fully cured, avoid abrasive polishes on matte finishes, and remove the film by warming it with a heat gun or hairdryer and peeling it back at a low angle. Covered by our 30-day return policy.
