Matte black with a hex cell texture over the carbon weave. The low sheen keeps the pattern subtle in daylight and stops the panel reflecting glare, which is why this finish is used on dashboards and interior trim.

Material and installation

This is a dry-application cast film with an air-release adhesive and a UV-resistant top coat. It can be lifted and repositioned during fitting and removed with heat, and it is waterproof and scratch resistant. Matte honeycomb is the least reflective finish we carry, so it suits interior panels that sit in the driver's line of sight.

Caring for your film

Wash with a normal pH-neutral car soap once the adhesive has fully cured, avoid abrasive polishes on matte finishes, and remove the film by warming it with a heat gun or hairdryer and peeling it back at a low angle. Covered by our 30-day return policy.
