Material and installation

Matte forged carbon is a cast film with a low-sheen top layer that diffuses light instead of reflecting it. The air-release adhesive lets air escape under the squeegee, and because the finish is matte it hides fingerprints and smudges far better than gloss film. Matte blue is often chosen for console and door trim because it does not show hand marks.

Caring for your film

Wash with a normal pH-neutral car soap once the adhesive has fully cured, avoid abrasive polishes on matte finishes, and remove the film by warming it with a heat gun or hairdryer and peeling it back at a low angle. Covered by our 30-day return policy.
